People aren't given anti-depressants because they're "wigging out." They're given them because they're depressed. Big difference and an insult to those people that do take them. Plus, anti-depressants, in the right dosage, generally don't make a person seem stoned.

I'm sure he's on something, but my guess would be more like an anti-anxiety or mood stabilizer/anti-psychotic drug like Seroquel.

Bush doesn't need drugs to look 'stoned', 'spaced,' or, at his best, extremely odd. His first political initiative was to kill JUST AS MANY death row inmates as he could, as quickly as possible. You're seeing 'the horror' masquerading as a human being. The psychological profiles are all correct to a degree, but this guy is beyond sick and he shows it more and more. No surprises here.
