Hillary is wanting the rules committee to not seat all FL and MI delegates so she can appeal.....
and take it to Denver. And she has the committee stacked with her supporters. If they don't agree to seat all FL and MI delegates then Hillary will appeal which means it is decided in Denver.

She is going to Denver folks!!!

Rachel Maddow was right all along!

1. I don't think so.
They can only seat 50% according to the rules. Appeals will get thrown out.

4. They said on NBC tonight the appeal can only be looked at in Denver. Is that not true?

2. Only one problem for her, the DNC lawyers stated just this AM that it would be...

5. Does anyone realize she is doing what Bush did? She wants the courts to instate her.

14. The route is the same. If she won president, it would be exactly the same!
Court appointed.

3. I never thought of that
I suppose if seating them at 50% circumvents this, then I'd be okay with it. She's got to be stopped.

6. HRC is going to the convention regardless of anything else. Count on it!
Sorry folks...........

She is NOT dropping out.
She is NOT quiting the run for what is HERS!
She is NOT leaving the race gracefully.
The ONLY ending for this race is for her to be the nominee regardless of what has to be done for that to happen.

I would love to be wrong on this, but I don't think so.....

11. If it goes to Denver, Obama will control the floor with his delegates
It will be useless effort for her.

13. just another threat to force Obama to take her as VP
Unless she's given the VP spot, she'll probably continue her attacks through the convention and then once Obama has the nomination, fail to (or weakly) endorse him. It could get really ugly.

15. If Michigan and Florida each make deals, Hillary loses her position.
They can appeal. If they make a deal, there is no appeal.
