Counting Florida results not nearly enough for Clinton
Even if the Democratic Party would seat Florida’s full delegation according to results of the state’s January primary, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (N.Y.) would gain less than a quarter of the delegates she needs to overtake Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.) in the presidential nomination race, according to a state party memo.

5. And Puerto Rico's votes count double, since they can't vote in the GE.

4. I think they will offer to seat them all and...
give them each a 1/2 vote. hillary will balk, but the dnc will come back and say you got your way, they are all being seated. So, then the dnc preserves it's integrity by offering a compromise and does not look weak because they will be enforcing a penalty for the two states that broke the rules and voted early.

hillary will have no leg to stand on then. If she protests too much, she will look like an even bigger sore loser. It's brilliant.

", and in accordance with the rules, each will have 1/2 vote."
