Hillary has to be out of her cotton picking mind if..
she thinks that she will get all of the delegates in Michigan and Obama gets none. This woman seems to be losing it mentally.

She goes around the country trying to spark up controversy about people having the right to vote when she knows damn well that some people voted and it would not be counted. We don't need this NUT in the whitehouse she is really crooked and dirty.

9. This has NOTHING to do with "the right to vote".
They didn't vote according to the rules and KNEW it. If you break the rules and get your vote disqualified it isn't taking away your right to vote any more than it's taking away my right to vote if they don't count it when I text message my local election board with "I vote Obama ! GOBAMA!!!!111!!".

If the voters of Michigan have a problem with that then they should take it up with their state representatives who deliberately and knowingly placed them all in violation of those rules. And you know how they do that? They VOTE them the hell out of office.

23. Really? What's the alternative?
Go ahead. Tell me. I'd love to hear how you think the DNC can enforce it's rules in any way other than the one they did. What powers do they have that would effectively deter state legislatures from just continuously creeping their primaries further and further forward in a constant game of leapfrog over other states trying to be earlier and more influential in the process if not the threat to take away that influence if they do it?

Enlighten us all. Please. What are they going to do, take away the state senate seat of any state legislator who votes to break the rules? Oh wait, they don't in their wildest dreams have the power to do that...

Edited on Thu May-29-08 11:18 AM by ShortnFiery
who wrote in "Obama" only to have THEIR BALLOTS thrown out?

THE ABOVE VOTES WERE NOT COUNTED! But according to HRC and her seemingly equally arrogant supporters, the only votes that should be counted in MI are those cast for their heroine? LIKE HELL! That's not democracy. :grr:

Perhaps more of you folks should have signed up for "TEAM HOBBIES/SPORTS" earlier in your lives - because you sure as shit are having a hard time understanding that you PLAY BY THE RULES and when you BREAK THE RULES, you accept a penalty? :nuke:

that "her eminence" and the ONE "entitled from the onset" of this race is NOW BEHIND. :wow:

Tough! It's like when the opposing team kicks a field goal in the last few seconds of an football game. You're upset, maybe shed a few tears on the way back to the car, but you have enough INTEGRITY to accept the loss like an adult.

I remember months and months on how HRC is INEVITABLE, get used to it ... now that the tables are turned, HRC and her surrogates are going to set "new lows" in the SORE LOSER category. I've given up any hope that The Clintons have one shred of grace left after decades of power and privilege.

But they will lose, and lose UGLY ... but they will still LOSE. ;)

10. This is not about the right to vote...
...and you know it.

Plenty people in Fl and MI didn't vote--because it was clearly understood that
those states didn't follow the rules--and their delegates would not be seated.

Hillary even agreed to that, and she said that those states wouldn't count!

This is about following the rules of the game.

Clearly, Hillary can't do that--and she tries to cloak this situation in a "right
to vote" argument.

She's shameless and disgusting. Everyone sees through this.

The Superdelegates must be laughing their asses off at her. Who IS Hillary playing to????
No one is buying her brand of crazy, except for some of her supporters.

14. She wants many of the uncommitted votes as well
Give me a break, if the people wanted to vote for her, they would have. She was the only "major" candidate on the ballot. If they absolutely, positively had to seat these MI delegates, I would give Hill the 55% she got, Obama the other 45% and then divide each total by 2, to account for the penalty. I would seat FL as is, but divided by 2, again because of the penalty (these elections counting at all after the fact is ridiculous, but Obama is big enough to make this concession). The SD's from the 2 states I'd either not allow to vote, or to count as .5 apiece, as they are the ones to blame for this mess. Now THAT is fair, not this "I want 104 of the MI delegates", as Lanny Davis has mentioned. THAT would be crooked.

Edited on Thu May-29-08 11:37 AM by ShortnFiery
AND that the votes would not count? What about the ballots that were thrown in MI because people wrote in "Obama"? What about THE FACT that Obama's name was not on the ballot? And NO! It's not his fault because the DNC rules were voted on, signed and agreed to by BOTH CANDIDATES.

It's nothing short of SICK that HRC wants it all - just like a spoiled child, NOT like a Presidential Candidate. We are just finishing up 8 f**king years under a President who MAKES HIS OWN RULES, we don't want another megalomaniac as President. :(

Edited on Thu May-29-08 10:55 AM by TwoSparkles
Her arguments are so outlandish.

No longer can people just excuse away her behavior as, "Oh look at her...she just wants to win."

She's behaving like an irrational ingrate.

And this little PR stunt she's orchestrating--is so over the top.

This stuff looks bad now. Wait until next week--after there are no more states left to vote and
Obama is ahead in the delegate count--and 30-40 Superdelegates come out for him.

She'll have no ground on which to stand, and absolutely no justification for her shameful
actions.

If she continues with this nonsense after the last state has voted, next week--she might
as well start putting in her application at law firms. She will be unable to return
to DC politics with any dignity or credibility.

What we're seeing, is the last gasps of a candidacy that is near dead. All we can do is
wait until next week.

and very selfish, yes she has the legal right to continue, she has the right to see to it we lose. People keep saying on tv we want to stop her legal rights. No we don't want to stop her rights, we just want a dem to win and she is ruining our chances and hope.

We all know obama would have dropped out months ago for the sake of the party if she was ahead.

I really really hope obama doesn't have to give her anything to get her to back down. after all she has done she deserves nothing. a few months ago i would have said to give her something for helping but now she has gone too far.
