Fast Forward to AFTER the convention
And Barack is the nominee.

dumb question on my part, but can the DNC actually do ANYTHING to make Clinton support the nominee?
I realize that's standard practice, but I honestly don't see that happening.

In the case of Joe Lieberman, he's outright campaigning for McCain. I realize he's not "technically" a democrat at this point, but He could/should be stripped of committee involvement. Does Clinton risk being evicted from committees if she continues to work against Obama after the convention?

Just not real sure of the mechanisms in place, politically, should that occur.

1. Committee Assignments are made

With the new congress. I'm sure there is a process in place in the two year period between elections however I doubt any move would be made against her till after the new congress convenes.

Depending on the number of new Democrats elected would determine any retribution in risk of her caucusing with the GOP.

3. Didn't the repukes actually lock Alan Keyes out of one of their conventions
...because he refused to endorse their nominee? I think it might have been the 2000 convention. Not that I can fault the guy for not endorsing the Chimp, but the 'Pukes seem to take their fellow Republicans actively working against their nominee seriously.

Maybe they'll arrest Hillary if she tries to go to Denver?
