We know blanketed pardons are on the neocons minds, but wouldn't it be nice if we could circumvent the pardons from happening? Would impeachment proceeding put a stop to those pardons? Anyone know?

3. He'd still be President until he was convicted--and no chance he'd be convicted.

5. I think he'll issue blanket pardons and when he is impeached
he'll throw everyone under the bus but it won't matter because they'll all have been pardoned already.
