O'Reilly absolutely blew a gasket last night about Scott going on Keith's show instead of his. I'm not sure what to make of all this, but I know one thing for sure - that's an interview I won't miss. Period.

1. He was on the car radio this afternoon and made the comment that the book

wouldn't sell. He said it wouldn't be an important book...didn't have that much in it. He said that Scotty's problem was that he didn't come on HIS show to promote the book...that he sells more books than shows like Larry King, but didn't mention Oprah.

If Scotty can continue to appear in public, with all the #$%^ that's being thrown at him by the Repugs, he might make amends by being responsible for charges being brought against this cabal.

5. O'Reilly is just amazing, isn't he? I don't know why he hasn't blown up yet.

He's ONLY offended that McClellan is going on with his arch-nemesis Keith instead of him. O'Reilly doesn't care a whit about the issues - just his ego. I wonder how long a leash Roger Ailes will actually give him to spew his stupid personal stuff? I think O'Reilly may actually be coming to the end of the line. He's nuts.

6. He'll make it. The Right has already swift boated him. It's Powell that they're worried about.

It's one thing for Scott McClellan to write a book like this; if Richard Clarke's book couldn't hurt Bush, they dismiss McClellan easily. Clarke was far higher on the pecking order, yet it didn't matter.

If Colin Powell is ever to retrieve the shreds of what's left of his reputation, it's time to blow the whistle. The McClellan thing will be dismissed. Hannity leads that charge. Powell would be tougher.

But I don't think it will ever happen.
