Do You Think Obama Will Simultaneously Announce His VP And Announce Hillary As WH Special Counsel?
I think it would be a great idea if Obama announced Wesley Clark as his VP and at the same time announced Hillary as his White House special counsel. That would really bring the party together becasue it would show even though Hillary isn't the VP, Obama is willing to bring Hillary and her supporters into his campaign.

He could also announce John Edwards and Bill Richardson's roles in his administration, just roll them all out at one time and cause a huge media event that immediately brought the entire party together. All of our top four candidates together again and fighting for the same cause. It would be a great moment and I think would put our party in an extremely strong position to win the general election big.

What do you all think about that?

3. I think he'd be a fool to have either of the Clintons in the WH...
And, after Clark's performances lately where he just parrots Hillary's silly talking points about MI and FL, I think he's out of the running for veep too.

Edwards and Richardson would be fine ~ also the others who ran.

5. Special counsel?? FUCK NO!
Edited on Thu May-29-08 04:14 PM by newmajority
That would be like hiring the Gotti family's lawyer to lead a "Mafia task force"

And no to Clark as well. He was on my short list, but he made his loyalties clear last night. He's not any better than the Carville/Begala/Davis/Ickes asskissing DLC puppets.

At this point, I can't think of a single Hillary supporter I would like to see on the ticket with Obama.

13. Jesus, you people a such bitter babies. WAAAHH!! Clark didn't say nice things about Obama!!!
In order to bring the party together Obama is going to have to extend an olive branch to Hillary supporters, and he's already acknowledged that by referencing "Team of Rivals." Grow up and realize that this needs to happen, and who gives a shit what Clark said on Abrams. He's still Hillary's supporter, what did you expect him to say. Man, you guys are ridiculous.

16. Clark is a Clinton lackey who, like Hillary, lacks the talents necessary to be president or VP.
He's not a good choice for the ticket, and he will not be on ticket. Any belief that he will is sheer delusion.

Hillary will not hold any position of trust in the administration, and certainly not be Obama's counsel.

This idea of yours is wishful thinking by a Hillary/Clark fanatic, and it's not going to happen.

21. LOL a Hillary/Clark fanatic? I want Collin Powell to be his VP, but that's not realistic.
I've been indifferent to Hillary since the 90s. You're the fanatical nutcase that's opposed to anything clinton related even if it results in Obama winning the white house. Weirdo.

Some other role might be a good idea, but nothing will be enough for some of her more robotic supporters.

After this primary, I don't think Clinton in a WH position is a good idea.
