Lanny Davis on Morning Joe seemed to posit that Gallup polling should decide the nominee
I tried to find a link and failed.

But, the bulk of his argument was some Gallup polling that showed Hillary being stronger in beating McCain should be what the super delegates based their vote on.

This is leadership? He said it was a poll conducted of 6,000 people.

Why do we even have elections? Why do we even have debates?

Why not just let 6,000 Gallup interviewees decide everything? Primarys, Generals, etc.? All this VOTING is just so exhausting and inefficient.

Hillary should be our nominee. Lanny says Gallup said so. He also said "This is the case." Good luck with that.

3. Polls and over zealous supporters DO NOT decide nominations.
Political Conventions determine WHO will be the nominee. See YOU in CO for HRC's Official Coronation!

7. Haha, yea I saw this. Then he insulted Mika by calling her an Obama supporter.
The funniest thing was that while he was talking about Hillary's strength in the Gallup poll, the flashed the latest Gallup for the dem. nomination in the ticker and it showed Obama leading Clinton by 10 points. The guy's a train wreck.
