But I don't see that happening.

31. I'm with you....it's exactly what I'd do..
sit here in front of DU, watch the show, and drive the hubby crazy with OMG...I can't believe this...

I do have to wonder if this isn't the one ticket that the rep's are not even considering or preparing to counteract because someone has done such a good job of putting an iceberg between the two parts of the party....think how strange it would be for the two of them to agree to fight together after all that's gone on...solidarity...unity...what a concept...wb (no need to flame, I know it won't happen...just sayin')

38. If John McCain announces that Elvis Presley is alive...
and has come out of hiding to be his running mate...what will you do?

Not going to happen. It makes no electoral sense, and she brings nothing to the ticket. And would actually be a detriment given her extremely high negatives and the fact that a solid majority of the American electorate see her as only slightly more trustworthy than Richard Nixon. Having her on the ticket would be a sure way to lose the support of independents, and to ensure that Republicans who aren't crazy about McCain but LOATHE the Clintons turn up at the polls. Obama isn't stupid, no matter how much some Clintonites wish he was.

43. But Hillary Clinton lost the election because she DOESN'T scrapbook.
But maybe in her farewell speech, she can hold up an empty scrapbook page.

"And together," she can say, misty-eyed, "we'll unite under glitter and googly eyes. Under felt and heartfelt memories. Let us now join together...

... at Michael's. Where we can glue ourselves together as one party, once again."
