Barack Obama backs Michigan Democratic Party's delegate plan
In the midst of Democratic National Committeeman Joel Ferguson's delegate plan schizophrenia, the media missed a big story: Barack Obama supports the Michigan Democratic Party's compromise.

In fact, that just might explain some of the Clinton hysteria.

The MDP plan awards 69 Michigan delegates for Hillary Clinton and 59 for Obama. The Illinois U.S. senator had wanted a 54-54 delegates split and Clinton originally wanted a 73-55 division. Now Clintonistas have taken a harder line (more on that in a moment).

The Obama campaign supports seating the Florida and Michigan delegations in full, Obama's Michigan campaign director Michael Simon told me. A Democratic National Committee (DNC) memo indicates only half the delegates can be seated, but it might be possible for the entire delegations to go and their votes be worth half.

"That is not an acceptable solution. We'll be pretty disappointed if they're docked by half, but Barack Obama is not the nominee yet," Simon said. "That's something that he will work swiftly to prevent when he is the nominee."

Meanwhile, Ferguson -- who's ironically set to argue the MDP's case Saturday to the DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee, says Obama should get zero delegates here.

Again..... I'm really getting tired of the Clinton supporters threats and dire warnings.
This keeps up much longer and I won't care about their feelings and Dare them to carry out their blasted temper tantrum!!!!
Truly i'm beginning to lose my patience with these most unpleasant people.

16. Shoot, we moved there in '93 and it still wasn't much...
I hardly recognize it at all anymore, especially over by the mall. They did spruce up the town proper a good bit and certain stretches of it are quaint as ever, but the population has definitely exploded. And they can't figure out the school problem, which is getting worse by the year.

19. Yep! I agree....
That and Beavercreek. They over built all those big housing platts out in Bevercreek and built it right out of the water and sewage capabilities.
They have now hooked up into Dayton's water to get them through it till they can build their own water plants.
I live in Dayton proper in an historical landmarked neighborhood named.... Get This.... South park LOL!!!!
I really do love the older house's much better then the new houses.
Miamis burg has alot of beautiful older houses.

20. I agree. Love the old houses.
My parents live about four blocks from downtown in a brick house built in 1950, and it's a beautiful place. I drive by so many places for sale for so much less than I'd be able to get an equivalent place out here in WA and wonder why i don't just scoop one up so I'll have a house to stay in when I travel back home... And then reality sets in and reminds me that I can barely afford one mortgage let alone two. lmao

My husband is from Bandon Oregon. Man thats beautiful country. I would love to move out there but we simply can't afford it.
Washington state is also so beautiful it borders on the mystical to me.

22. We Were Lucky - We Didn't Lose Our Power That Week...
But we ran out of cigarettes & liquor. The only TV station that was on for a couple days only had news breaks, Adam 12 and Star Trek reruns.

5. Joel Ferguson
Ferguson may be the most ARROGANT human being in the state of Michigan!!! If he doesn't get what he wants he goes in a room and sucks his thumb. EXPECT a lawsuit if he doesn't get HIS way!!!!!

so it's done Hillary. Get over it.

15. And when camp Hillary rejects this,
and you know they will, her entire argument about seating the delegates goes out the window. It will then be clear to everyone that she only wants the delegates seated in such a way that it benefits her.
