BO told us during the Wright situation that the church was not just a Pastor. It was the church community. The church community at Trinity gives standing ovations and applauds racist speak. Ideally, churches should not influence their members politically, and I am not defending Fr. Pfleger.
But really, I doubt that neither you nor the poster I responded to cares anything about Fr. Pfleger except as that he is a vehicle for you to criticize Obama.

Obama has not indicated that he supports Pfleger's remarks but rather has criticized him for making them. Other than that, there is little Obama can do. He cannot be personally responsible for everything said and done by the 19,000 members of his church and is not responsible for what the clergy or visiting clergy say in his church.

Just keep on doing everything you can to smear the man who will be running as the Democratic nominee. I'm sure the Freepers and neocons appreciate it.
