They were being given out by the St. Paul Saints baseball team. Another DUer, jasonc, went to the game and got one. I am SO envious.

However, if you fly to MSP and hang around the men's room in the terminal's main concourse, you might get to see a REAL Republican bobblefoot.

Are you thinking of the old Roy Wilkins Auditorium? I believe that's part of the same complex with the Xcel, though.
