Ickes and Clinton can only blow smoke at this point.
It's not going to the convention.

Part of what brings me to that conclusion is the vote counts - several of Clinton's supporters on the RBC voted in favor of the Michigan and Florida compromises. Don Fowler in particular was in favor of the compromise.

That's a signal that the party's lined up behind Obama now - the superdelegates will shut Hillary down if she tries to take it to the convention.

Ickes can bluster, and Clinton's shills can make asses of themselves in the room, but the truth is that Clinton no longer has the reins of the Democratic party.

By the end of this week, it's over.
