My own apology to anyone I've offended in this primary season

I tried to focus on the issues. I wrestled, like many DU'ers, with various levels of frustration and resentment as the long, long, long nomination campaign dragged out. I'm pretty sure I've said some things I shouldn't have, or at least not in the way I said them.

I really tried to avoid personally attacking any DU'er, and apologize now to anyone(especially in the HRC campaign)that was offended or felt personally attacked by anything I said.

It is my greatest hope that nothing I've said will lead to anyone not backing the Democratic ticket in the fall. This is just a website, and the election is real.

Hopefully, unity can come to us now, and I will be glad to work alongside any Hillary Clinton supporter in the fall campaign. We are all Democrats and we all have much more in common than not.

On to victory, if we can manage it, campers.

2. It is Hillary herself to whom apologies are owed.

Hillary was the one who was lied about, villified, insulted, falsely accused and treated without respect, fairness or compassion.

She is the one who was injured, so IMHO she is the one to whom apologies should be directed.

Nor did I ever falsely accuse her of anything.

The only thing I did was to reject the idea that she had to stay in until the bitter end to be said to have had a fair chance.

10. I just read in another thread that somebody said at least two posters stopped posting

because of stuff I said. I never wanted that.

Still, I guess you never know for sure what will set some people off.

Thanks for the help on the Catholic thing. I only know it by extension. I am not a Catholic, but spent a couple of years living with one. She was so naughty! She'd say "I'm going to have to say ten Our Fathers and Ten Hail Marys for that!!"
