6. Sorry for the no pic I was posting on the run while watching countdown
Watch the rerun at 7 pacific time, It appears as though he is speaking in front of a bunch of police chiefs or something. One guy keeps twitching while another one with andy rooney eyebrows stares into the camera without blinking for like 2 minutes straight.
