1. Wow, this quote has to be a world-record for flip-flop turnaround:
"We’re not coming home in victory. We’re coming home in victory."

2. Let's hope he just keeps talking.
So many gaffes, inconsistencies, and overall foolishness.

4. McCain is not behaving as one would expect a confident candidate to behave, is he?
:)

6. No confidence at all. He's desperate.
That's what a bad looking electoral map will do.

5. McCain is such a fucking coward.
Read the transcript. He's pathetic. Have to give some props to Stephanopolous... he went after McCain pretty good.

8. Wow! McCain very defensive with his constant interrruptions. Very unpresidential.

Thanks for posting the transcript, so I don't have to suffer through watching it later. Steph did a pretty good job questioning the thin-skinned, ill-tempered McCain.

11. I loved the part where he threw in the $12B stolen in the oil for food program
as part of the justification for the invasion of Iraq. I have trouble with numbers, but I think that spending in excess of a trillion to save 12 billion is a bad deal.

Last time I checked, a trillion was a thousand billion.

12. Nominated.
McCain has an uncanny ability to sound as bitter and crusty as Bob Dole at his worst. This interview is a preview to what we will witness during the debates,
