Bumpersticker Report: Suddenly about 1,000 Shrub/Cheney stickers

are seen on the SUVs of Plano TX (North Dallas suburb, strongly Repub area). I mean, like, TODAY. Haven't really been seeing them prior to this. Do those plugged into Repubs know, did they just get some kind of major mailing or something?

2. Noticed a huge upswing in Louisiana in the last couple of days(rural)

Guess they did a mail out, or handed them out at all the fundie churches.

I hardly ever see a */Cheney sign or bumper sticker.

4. In Southwestern Ohio, lawn signs reading...

"SUPPORT PRESIDENT BUSH AND OUR TROOPS" have been popping up like weeds in the past few days.

They're literally everywhere. I get so pissed off driving by them, honestly.

They seem to imply to me that if I don't support President Bush, then I don't support the troops.

I imagine that was their goal.

They must have been pretty busy last weekend, knocking on doors and handing out signs.

That's an outstanding idea, and I think I just might request one of those signs, so that I can put "I SUPPORT KERRY/EDWARDS" over that disgusting, icky "Bush" part.

12. bush campaign sent them out last week

No kidding. I got a mass mailing with a bush bumper sticker and a letter telling me to support the chimp by putting the enclosed sticker on my car. What was so funny is that the sticker just has
"W 04" on it. NO mention of Cheney. We laughed and laughed about that.

in the last couple of days, I hadn't seen any but now I am seeing about a couple every day but they are outnumbed by the Kerry ones. :D
