We are getting to watch the public unraveling of a man who may have held a personal grudge for so long that it has become an obsession, irrational and all-consuming.

But, I was thinking about this earlier: Perhaps he has been chumped by the repukes again. Perhaps he was chosen because he would be a willing, if not aware, victim of a plan to discredit 527s and thus, develop a groundswell of anger towards all of them, thus propelling the FEC to wipe them out.

Why?
