What a delicious event this was today....Bush didn't even have the "class", the "dignity" to invite Max to the Ranch. If Bush had done this, it would have gone a long long way and looked a whole lot better....instead to send some dork texas official to deliver a counter-letter.....

5. I'm a lurker

Wouldn't most people who lurk, at least more than for one day or so, be far enough away from mainstream Republicans that they wouldn't say that Bush is there hero?

I've been lurking here for well over a year, and if I bought into the Bush as hero lines, there is no way I could survive reading this stuff. It would enrage me.

It would be interesting to see if any lurkers would be willing to post in defense of a "hero"
