POTUS '08 Who listens, who thinks they're skewed to the right?
I listen to POTUS '08 whenever I'm in the car. I don't spend as much time driving as a lot of people do and I've really cut back since gas went through the roof too. However, it seems that whenever I'm listening, the coverage is more positive toward McCain and less so towards Obama. Anyone else care to chime in? Differing opinions welcomed.

2. That's been the standard for all of the media
According to the very conservative Center for Media & Public Affairs, news about John McCain was over 50% more likely to be positive than news about Barack Obama.

Remember, this is a very conservative media watchdog group finding the media skewed towards McCain. Imagine if FAIR or MediaMatters had done a similar study?

The media is McCain's base after all.

3. Are there any differing opinions?

The worse the GOP candidate the more obvious the compensatory corporate spin. It's just a matter of math.

Look how they handled Bush's steady poll collapse trying to deny, prop and game the numbers even to enable a "comeback" that never materialized. The same game they played in the Dem primary with more cover.

9. All I hear
are radio newshour blurbs from CNN and it is massively clear that it is not hypersensitivity that makes me see constant levels of pro McCain spin. Necessary condensation makes the spin easier to spot.

10. That and it seems they are forever running
John McCain town halls. Or, they have on some Republican from Tennessee that is spouting thinly veiled racist sludge.

5. ha! Yeah, I think you're right.
And I hear a lot of "jokes" about Obama as well just more ahhh, what's the word, "smart aleck" comments that are at their heart disparaging. They did the same shit towards Clinton though....it's their minority status coupled with the fact that they're democrats if you ask me.
