I have a hard time believing that plane is picking up Biden.

Obama would rent a plane from Delaware or Philly for that.

-Less fuel consumption
-Lower emissions
-Lower labor cost for Pilots, maintenence, etc.

I know some folks may think he sent a plane from Chicago so he could send security with it...But why? The Secret Service is in Philly, too. Not that they're needed.

The security isn't really needed until the plane lands in Illinois...In which case, Obama could just have them drive to the airport.

If you insist on security in Delaware, Biden could have simply had state police escort him to the airport.

If this plane is the "OMG VP CHARTER!!1!!1!," then it's a horrible waste of money. So far, that's not Obama's style.

maybe they need the space on the plane. And maybe (as someone
has posted below) Barack and Michelle are meeting them so they
have some time together on the plane before tomorrow's event.
