I am elated with Biden
The attack dog that is needed for the next two months. Another great move.

5. Ditto.
And really, I feel Biden brings more to the ticket than just being an attack dog. I think he'll serve the President well.

9. without a doubt
His foreign diplomacy skills are outstanding. I did not mean to portray him as only an attack dog, but for the next two months I hope he acts like a rabid pit bull.

7. I love listening to him talk
Why the media says he talks too much is a mystery to me . . . he's a joy to listen to...

12. he can be a bit too loquacious
but has a self depreciating humor to go along with it! I bet he caused a few nuns to have some extra wine with dinner.

10. I'm quite pleased with the pick (if/when confirmed).
Now we just need to lock in Richardson as Sec. State and it's perfect.

After 8 years of Chimperor, can you imagine the intellect that will be brought to bear when Obama, Biden, and Richardson get their heads together on a problem? It's a fine thing to imagine. :)

13. He should have picked Hillary--Look at this
On McCain:

Biden, on a post-debate appearance on MSNBC, October 30, 2007:

“The only guy on the other side who’s qualified is John McCain.”

Biden appearing on The Daily Show, August 2, 2005:

“John McCain is a personal friend, a great friend, and I would be honored to run with or against John McCain, because I think the country would be better off, be well off no matter who...”

On Meet the Press, November 27, 2005:

“I’ve been calling for more troops for over two years, along with John McCain and others subsequent to my saying that.”
