Did you notice Hillary and Biden both made a point to mention that McCain is a friend.

Almost as if to taunt the GOP by saying "Yeah McCain is one of us..."

They so badly want their candidate to be different and conservative - comments like that have to confuse them...

5. Well, Hillary and Kerry are probably figuring that they'll have to work with him in the Senate
after he loses in November. Given his infamous explosive temper, I'd bet they don't want to do say anything that would spark an eruption.
