3. Her story is just bizarre. If true, there are serious questions relating to her judgment.

If false, she's hiding something.

Lay off her about how maky kids she chose to have and when to return to work after her kid was born, but the airplane story needs to be explored; something is very rotten there.

And at this point, there's no reason to bring in the teenager at all.
