In most of the stories I have read, Palins husband was involved in the government in ways that would be unacceptable to the right wing if he had been first lady instead of first dude and should be unacceptable to anyone who respects the law.

He was personally involved in the pressure put on the state's top cop to fire his ex-brother and law.

He was also personally involved in the firing o a staffer who was dating his friends ex.

He knocked up the Gov before marriage.

He got a DUI in 1984.

I can't tell that he has had many jobs besides fisherman and snowmobile rider.

Let's vet the shit out of him, like the right has done Michelle Obama, Theresa Heinz Kerry, Hillary Clinton etc.
