I use Flickr to upload to DU. Basically once you upload it to Flickr from your hard drive, there is the option of what size you want to use, then use the code they provide below the pic.

The only difference between our mailings is that my husband's included 2 official Wisconsin Application for Absentee Ballots. It is the same form my sons competed for theirs, and it is addressed correctly to our City Clerk.
