Well, not US, but people in the country.

The last few days, I've seen the media really push back at the McCain BS like I never saw them go after Bush/Cheney. People doing their jobs and complaining about others in media not doing theirs. And people we never expected to come through, like Norah O'Donnell, and Charlie Gibson, and at times Chris Matthews.

And yet the election still seems close. I think the panic a lot of people feel is because we KNOW we should be running away with this thing.

What if the media continues to call McCain on every lie and dirty smear, and on Nov. 4th McCain is declared the victor?

Will we blame election fraud? Or is it because as scary as McCain and Palin are, we live in a country with people who are just as scary. Whether its ignorance, racism, brainwashing, whatever - they terrify me. And some of them are in my own family.

2. A few days of marginal media push
is not a magic bullet.

We will bring them down but the wobbly knees at the first sign of adversity is pitiful. How can we do the tough work that will be required to turn this country around when so many lose the steel in their spines as soon as we take a punch?

If we loose it will be an internal Democrat issue, lack of mental toughness and grit (soft support) or division. Neither is acceptable.

Stand up and make up your minds to get this done or die trying. No surrender, no excuses, no whining, no pity for the enemy or ourselves, no quarter, and never give up.
