McCain & the MSM. According to the economist magazine, in the early
1990s there was a change at MBA schools. Students were taught that their competitors in business were not just other corporations or companies selling to the same customer, but government (fight them to get rid of regulations and regulators), customers (fight them to get rid of service and market to get their last dollar), workers (fight them to get rid of unions and benefits), etc. Bit by bit by bit you try and cut more away from your competitors.(I read the article a few years ago... I cannot remember it verbatim).

Could be the same model is being applied by the GOP to the election - with the Main Stream Media being seen as competitors & attacked to cow them in their election coverage.

What other entities are seen as competitors that have to be vanquished in this race by the GOP? Obviously voters. Electoral rules & regulations as evidenced in the fraud in the last few elections with caging, push polling, etc. Any other area being treated like competitors during this election season?
