My encouraging email to Senator McCain:
Dear Senator,
If you feel strongly about going to Washington to work on the bailout legislation, I think you should do it. Governor Palin could "fill in" for you in the debate on Friday--her first opportunity to step in as your VP when you are unavailable.

I think it would be a great opportunity to show the country what you both are made of.
