1. I want McCain to show up and explain why he's resumed his campaign

if there's still no deal struck on the bailout. In other words, another flip-flop.

2. U need a "do I care" as well because it doesn't matter Barack will be there and ready

to go. If McCain is a no show, he will look like a coward and a ass and the debate will be won by default because everything was in place and Barack was there along with the audience.

To me it doesn't matter, it would be more informative for the American people if he showed but it is up to the dimwit what he does.

I want McCain to blow it off, and Obama to take up Bob Barr on his offer of debating in McCain's place. Win/win; Obama gets the chance to lay out his plans before an audience of ten million people, and Barr peels off some of McCain's voters.It won't happen, of course, and I have no doubt that McCain's handlers aren't stupid enough to let him cut out on the debate, even if McCain IS stupid enough to think he can do it and get away with it.

Think of this campaign- think of how brilliant they have run it and how well managed this is. Obama is at the helm here folks- I want to see him demonstrate, once and for all, what a fucking asshole Mclame really is and why it is so important that we elect Obama as our President.

13. McCain's purposely escalated the crisis by throwing a monkey wrench into it

(and frankly, I'm not sure that's a bad thing overall, this thing is being rail-roaded...). Anyway, making sure there is no deal by Friday night, he will stick to his claim that solving the crisis is more important than the debate and thus more or less neutralizes Obama being on stage alone. After all, are the Repugs or undecideds really going to pay attention to Obama alone? They want to see the contrast. I don't think this is anything brilliant on McCain's part, sort of like an amateur chess player who just creates a little chaos in the game by doing something unexpected but ultimately losing the game.
