Apparently, all pre-1992 events in John McCain's life are relegated to the History Channel.

3. Admits that being a POW 40 years ago may not be relevant to his run
for president of the US. Sorry, no link. Still says living in the state closest to Russia is important, and is a qualifier.

5. Experience as a POW qualifies McLame.....to be a POW.
Or maybe to speak on behalf of POWs, fighting for their release, compensation, or veterans' benefits. Nothing more.

It doesn't automatically make you qualified to be POTUS.

4. I heard he has some reservations about the 1972 Paris Peace Accords
and won't come out of his hotel room until certain provisions regarding a certain North Vietnamese guard, nicknamed "the Wad" by U.S. prisoners, are inserted in the final draft of the agreement. Henry Kissinger could not be reached for comment.
