Obama to Return to D.C. Following Debate


Friday, September 26th, 2008

He tells the press aboard his plane before taking off for Mississippi he thinks progress is being made on the bailout legislation.

Says he thinks it’s important the markets “seem to be staying relatively calm at this point.”

“I look forward to after the debate, coming back to Washington and hopefully getting the package done.”
