WOW!: RW shill Kathleen Parker, once a huge Palin fan, now thinks Sarah should QUIT!
Due to her interview performance yesterday, natch. It's currently on the front page of CNN.

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2008/09/26/palin-should-step-down-conservative-commentator-says

A choice quote from the article:

It was fun while it lasted," Parker writes. "Palin’s recent interviews with Charles Gibson, Sean Hannity, and now Katie Couric have all revealed an attractive, earnest, confident candidate. Who is clearly out of her league."

THIS from the woman who only a few weeks ago wrote that Palin was "a perfect storm of God, Mom and apple pie!"

1. Saw it earlier--I gasped a bit.
To be honest, Parker always struck me as not all that crazy.

She sounds honest in today's column.

2. Hooohhh Boy. The shit is going to hit the fan now!!!!
McCain's ploy to stop the V.P. debate didn't work, and now their only hope is for her to bow out before Joe eviscerates her.

Please stay in, Sarah, PLEASE!!!!!

7. "Clearly out of her league"
are the operative words. If she had stayed "in her league," i.e., as governor of Alaska, she could have avoided all of this. We're a pretty forgiving bunch up here (we keep electing Ted Stevens and Don Young, two of the biggest crooks in Congress, as an example) so if she had just stayed within her range, dealt with her little Monegan issue and continued on as she had been, we probably would have gotten over it.

Now with all the stonewalling and Rovian politics having taken over our state, and with her pathetic performances on the national stage. I think it may be impossible for her to recover. Her reach far exceeded her grasp.

9. And Parker should know the same thing the DUers floating the idea
of Palin quitting need to realize: It's far too late now. As some people have pointed out, early voting has already started in some places.

As Caesar said, The die is cast. And come up snake eyes. McCrash, Mooselini, and gang are screwn.:P:evilgrin::P:evilgrin::P

16. She still sucks.
She was shilling her ass off for Palin for the last month. "But things have changed" Parker opines. What's changed is that Parker is realizing that her 401k depends on electing leaders who have the capacity for hard thinkin'.
