4. I disagree. Palin's not good at much, but she's very good at BS'ing.
Ifill allowed Palin to BS through the whole debate. Hence, Ifill was the biggest loser. The Repubs rolled right over her.

5. McCain Lost Big
As I wrote elsewhere, Palin probably saved her chance to win that Senate seat from Alaska, when Ted Stevens is convicted and makes the perp walk out of the historic chamber.

But McCain, whom Joe Biden wisely targeted almost exclusively, suffered the wounds. This may have been the McCain campaign's Gettysburg.
