Its almost just like Reagan. people think, oh, he looks really good on stage, he says he cares, I'll vote for him. They just think he's a good guy without bothering to check out that assumption. I wish people wouldn't do that. If they didn't, the Republicans would have ceased to exist as a political force in about 1923.
