7. I must admit, I used to be worried. We dems suffer from PTSD after Gore and Kerry

but for a number of reasons it is not working this year. Obama's ability to always hit the exact right note in response is a huge part of that.

I counted him out a number of times but he always came roaring back.

That is NOT, however, any reason to stop working our hearts out for him.
