The vast right wing has finally taken it's toll on President Clinton
Stress is an awful thing and I think President Clinton is a very
sensitive man. For eight long years they drew his blood and it had
to be very stressful. They way it affected his family, etc., had
to have broken his heart. The way they tried to destroy his
reputation, much the same way they are doing to Kerry right now,
had to be a very bitter pill to swallow. His insides must have
been churning. The press is now referring to his bad eating habits,
etc. (of course) but I think they contributed to his illness more
than the food he ate. I personally could never figure out
how he had to stamina to keep on fighting. I love him and I'm
angry at what they did to him. Today's news just brought back all
the memories of how terrible he was treated. I couldn't bear it
if we lose him.

1. Maybe he sat next to Hill while watching the speech
she might have squeezed his arm a bit too hard during the tooth-clenching remarks by our CIC.

3. Clinton's only family really is Hillary & Chelesa (& brother)
Edited on Fri Sep-03-04 12:35 PM by leetrisck
I heard one of the newscasters earlier say the family was headed for hospital. The rotten right wing tried to destroy his mother, his father, his stepfather, his brother - and found half-brothers and sisters that Clinton knew (nor his mother) knew anything about - yet they can't find who "outed" Valerie Plame. A statement from bush about this means nothing. Clinton may be the last President we ever have who came from nothing, had a dream and worked like hell for the whole country - while he had to fight for his very life against the idiots from hell. Will never forgive them for that.

4. This is total bullshit!
Clinton is recent months seemed to be pretty relaxed, and at ease with his enemies, his political career, and his legacy.

And his bad eating habits are a thing of the past, though I worry about the fad diet he's on.

Clinton's family has a history of poor health.

5. He has seemed to be in much better shape lately
But he's 58, and he has had a history of eating like a Southerner (as do I!), and heart disease runs in his family (as it does in mine), so this is not terribly surprising.

The good thing is that they found it early, BEFORE he had the "big one," and a bypass operation is pretty routine these days.

Hang in there, Big Dog! Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
