1. Texas is turning pink, too, by some estimations...
...and both Dallas and Austin are radiating cool blue at the moment. Yeah.

I've been eagerly awaiting a new poll here. I suspected it might change.

6. It was on ABC local news just before The View came on
Louisiana is pink as well. I have been waiting for updated poll on Arkansas. The last one was Sept. 22. I hope we get the new poll soon.

3. With 538 projection, McCain would win AR by only 3 points at the moment.
We need new polls there.

4. In 2004 Bill Clinton wanted to go there because it was pink
and swing it for Kerry. They sent him elsewhere. But I'd love to see it blue in 2008!

10. Thank you!
Here it is:

Republican presidential nominee John McCain may have to fight to keep Arkansas's six electoral votes. At one time, the state was considered a lock for McCain, but now Arkansas may be resurrecting its battleground status.

Members of CNN's political team say Barack Obama has a chance at winning the state in November. This week, the cable news network changed its electoral map and moved Arkansas from a solid McCain state to a leaning McCain state. FM 89's Malcolm Glover filed this report on the possible political shakeup in the "Natural State."
