1. Funny Mark Penn Story...
A good friend of mine is well-connected into Costa Rican politics. This weekend he told me a story about a Costa Rican presidential election where the odds-on favorite had Penn running his campaign. The frontrunner was so out front that he and the other candidate gave their victory and concession speeches immediately after the polls closed.

Then the results came in... the totals were almost even, everyone was stunned. Penn's campaign had almost wrenched defeat from the jaws of victory. Seems as Penn has found his place in politics!
