Shades of the Florida Recount Fiasco Keep Popping Up in the Franken Race.... LINK
Edited on Tue Dec-02-08 03:17 PM by Blackhatjack
Ballots from a pro-Franken precinct are found(200) which were never counted. The Canvassing Board is going to look at approx 6,000 challenged ballots to determine voter intent. Absentee ballots are being reviewed and separated out as to the reason they were rejected. Anticipated litigation looms over the whole recount process regardless of who wins the recount.

I'm just waiting for another Brooks Brothers Riot to form .....

Hopefully MN is top of this.

2. The good news is that there is a good, honest and fair Sec. of State...
and Tim Pawlenty even suggests that the process has been fair and claims of fraud are without merit.

5. In Essence The Winner of This Seat in The Seat Counts As Two Votes ...
IF it goes Repub(Coleman) then every vote held will result in the DEMs LOSING One(1) Vote and REPUBS GAINING One(1) Vote.

Votes that swing from one side to the other mean that the Party losing in the Vote Count has to acquire TWO(2) Votes to overcome it.

That is a serious obstacle.

6. HuffPo Update says ballots found number 171 and Coleman Challenging Them...LINK
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/12/02/franken-lawyer-we-are-goi_n_147791.html

"The total number of ballots found missing is 171. And it is estimated that, once counted, this could give Franken a net gain of 12 votes. The Coleman campaign is contesting the story, saying that, if these 171 were actually counted it would mean that more votes were cast in the county that the actual number of people who signed in on Election Day. Looks like more legal drama to come in Minnesota."
