This means that it is no longer the democrats fault for what is to come.

Blame is and will be placed squarely at the feet of the Supreme Court of the United States.

I would say “God help us”.... but it looks like His response is “I have seen how you (USA) would thank Me”.

Bring your Judgement God... WE DESERVE IT!


Well..., it’s like I’ve been saying before about the Supreme Court taking this up, about Obama being a “natural-born Kenyan” and not being qualified as President of the United States. The Supreme Court is not interested in resolving this issue right now — but — they probably will resolve it after Obama has served his term in office... LOL..

So much for the Constitution these days...

We will be hard pressed to deny anyone the Presidency in the future. This ruling means that Swartzenegger can run for President. Maybe even Valiente Fox or Cesar Chavez.

It seems the Constitutional requirement for citizenship has been deemed null and void due to the silence of the courts. With all of the questions that haven't been answered, the courts have essentially said "it doesn't matter". They've put the resolution of this question back into the hands of obama - and guess who ISN'T going to show us his b.c. voluntarily?

Based on the ruling (or lack thereof) I have decided - skeletons and all - that I am more eligible for the Presidency than Obama...and I even have a legal birth certificate...an American one...and I'll be glad to show it to anyone.


Other states will pursue this. It’s not going away until we see a birth certificate.





Right now, the best way to fight it is w/ Senators and Representatives. Remember, in 2004, about 30 Democratic Represenatatives and one Senator raised objections (per 20th Amendment) when Electoral College vote was submitted to Congress.

All that is needed to raise the objection is *ONE* senator and *ONE* Representative to raise it, in writing, and then Congress is FORCED to address the issue.



Well it’s OFFICIAL: The United States Constitution is NULL and VOID!

It’s been fun while it lasted!



So I guess now, Schwarzenegger could just run for president and no one .. no secretary of state .. no political party .. no elector .. would question his natural born status.

I want to see this Constitutional issue challenged and resolved, one way or another, for good.

How else are we to know what its meaning and value are?


Considering the directing that the Nation has taken and all other aspects, this action should surprise no one who is dealing with the reality of the situation.

The Nation that the Founding Fathers turned over to us is dead.


Alan Keyes has been wronged by this action, and has the standing to bring it to court. We have the facts behind us, and they MUST be heard.


No longer is it: “We the People” but rather...”you people!” (kooks, nuts, radicals, on-the-fringe fruitcakes”)


They have just told us that the foundation of U.S. law does not matter anymore. We are being “ruled”.



And not only that: Guess who's to blame for this? BUSH IS!

I'm at a loss. Is President Bush in the tank for Obama? Does he not realize that he, the commander in chief, swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States?
Why is he NOT spearheading the move to get to the bottom of Obama's Birth Certificate issue if he is NOT part of a conspiracy to destroy our society and make us all a part of his daddies "New World Order?"

Please. Help me out here.
Is President Bush really so vane and worried about his own legacy that he won't do what is right or will he go down as the last great liberal to let the Supreme Court decide America's fate.

What good is electing a leader that purportedly defends us and our Constitution abroad if he is letting our enemies destroy both the Constitution and us from within?

Inquiring minds want to know.


Lets see he is pissing off the Liberal progressive base and anti-war wackoos.

He already has enough dissent on this side, and now the man that ran on unity and transformational prowess is quickly becoming the most divisive President in history.

Your Hiding something Obama, you fool, you would rather set Law precedent to allow any non-natural born ot run for the highest office in the land then to just show your vault copy..

Must be something juicy on that vault copy for sure...

Most likely Obama is not his real daddy.

Legal minds needed.

This order list was released by the United States Supreme Court on Monday, 12/8/2008.

Near the top, in the category "ORDERS IN PENDING CASES" is this:

08A407 DONOFRIO, LEO C. V. WELLS, NJ SEC. OF STATE

The application for stay addressed to Justice Thomas and referred to the Court is denied.

But here's the thing. The application for stay is denied. But the case IS pending. The document seems to be separating out a certain number of cases as "Orders in Pending Cases."

For example, right below the Donofrio case is this:

08M32 PONEK, JOHN V. FLORIDA

There is nothing there saying anything is denied. The rest of the document contains no reference to this.

Question: Are these the pending cases and does this mean that the case is still alive and the only thing denied was the "stay" to stop the electors from meeting?

Legal minds and advise needed. Please weigh in.

What does this mean? Lawyers?

There was one that purported to show how the 10 points (or however many it is) of the Communist Manifesto had already been enacted in America, one of which was "government control of transportation and communications" - namely drivers' licenses and the FCC respectively.

It would be like asking a constitutional lawyer "can you please explain worm holes and quantum physics?" It helps if the person offering an opinion has expertise in the area on which an opinion is sought. That's why some rightwing insurance salesman or plumber is hardly the person to give an opinion on the meaning of the constitutional provisions.

There's a reason we keep track of all the Supreme Court decisions since day one. THOSE are the opinions which count.
