NBC To Matthews: Think About It Over Christmas

A tipster tells FishbowlDC that NBC has given Chris Matthews the holidays to consider the contract offer currently on the table.

Word has it that it's not nearly as much money as he currently makes.

1. You know, if he talked less he'd probably make more money.

3. Well, he should be in the business for the public good, not so much for the money,
if he was a true journalist.

Now that the press folks will reap the benefits of Bush's 8 years, perhaps they'll understand that the enrichment that they experienced while enabling Bush ended up costing all of us a large price and they are not immune either.

7. Oh FUCK!
I thought we were through with the idea of that asshat trying to be my Senator....I'm going to an innagural party the night before the innaguration for the PA democratic party in D.C. If he's there I'll know what's up.

8. I think he dangled a Senate run in front of the corp. masters and
they didn't take the bait. Tweety is replaceable.

I also think if he's going to be on tv, he needs to not be so schitzo. What do you believe, Tweets? You can't be Dem and rethug, or can you?
