Marian Robinson for IL caretaker Senator until special election takes place.


Ok I know its impossible. But this classy woman would be a great stand in for the President Elect until a special election can select IL's next Senator.

Also what a way to score points with your mother in law lol.

just let Blago's replacement (Quinn) make the appointment.

3. I agree, get the seat filled.
The last thing we need is an empty senate seat with the pubs getting rabid. I'm from IL and think the election bit would take way too long.
