I learned from my first pregnancy that "eating for two" = bad idea. My second pregnancy I concentrated on eating healthy for my body and high nutrient foods with low to moderate caloric content. You know - the way we should eat all the time. I also exercised and paid more attention to getting adequate rest. I maintained a healthy pregnancy weight and snapped back into shape very quickly after that one.

I am looking at the photo, and it does not by itself address the other concerns brought up in the articles.

Actually, I am not attacking Palin's daughter. We have here a public servant who lies, lives a very secretive life, who has a severely dysfunctional family, and as such we need to look very closely at that family, for their own protection.

Or we can do as you would, which is act holier-than-thou and by so doing allow all of Sarah's dirt to swept under the rug so as to appear 'better than'. If there IS child abuse, your attitude would help to perpetuate it. I'd rather be yelled at than have more molested children on MY conscience, but obviously you feel differently.
