They made a big deal about this case being reviewed by the entire court just as was Donofrio last week. This is a procedural issue to keep the plaintiffs from going to every judge one at a time. In reality, these were probably scanned by first year law clerks and didn't occupy more than 30 seconds of the courts time to dismiss.
