I just took an old (funky) pair of shoes, packed them (sole side up) and mailed them to the WH with a note: "This is a farewell kiss, Dog!"
Maybe if Bush received, say, a half million pairs in the next week, he might begin to understand that the entire civilized world agrees with the sentiments expressed by that brave journalist.

As John Belushi so eloquently said: Let's......DO IT!!

2. Oboy, I have smelly fishing shoes for him

I have an old pair in the garage I use only for fishing stained with bluefish blood and mackerel guts. It would be cool to send them to the White House with a short note, maybe something like this:

Dear President Bush:

Enclosed is a pair of old smelly shoes which I believe fits perfectly the image of your old smelly administration.

Consider the enclosed shoes figuratively thrown at your empty noggin.
