PRESIDENT ANNOUNCES $150 BILLION G.O.P. RESCUE PLAN
Predicting that what will perhaps be his final major act as President will also be his “lasting legacy”, President George W. Bush today announced a sweeping $150 billion bailout package aimed at rescuing a struggling Republican Party that has been characterized even by long-time loyalists as “teetering on the edge of bankruptcy in every possible sense of the word”.

“The G.O.P. is facing imminent collapse,” the President told the dozen or so reporters who still find him relevant, “and my leaving office isn’t nearly enough to save it.” He went on to add, “If our cherished two-party system is doomed to history, then it is essential that the forces for deregulation and marriage being between one man and one woman be able to buy whatever government officials they need.”

4. Good Point...
but technically, I think it's going to "worthy constituents" like large donors, etc.
