1. The phantom "double counted" votes for which the MN SC said he had no evidence. 2. Cherry picked absentee ballots that were rejected by the Franken campaign and the counties legally under a previous Coleman requested Supreme Court order.
That isn't a good position from which to deal. Coleman has to pay court costs for a challenge and the burden of proof is on him. If the Repug's still controlled the Senate he would have a chance. My prediction is that Coleman concedes when Pawlenty tells him he has to sign the election certificate for Franken in about a week.
7. He is also contesting election night vs. recount totals one county
Where Franken jumped 100+ votes because of an error on election night when the precincts were polled for their numbers. This is just as dumb as the two you listed.
Pawlenty might have to sign the election certificate sooner then that if the canvassing board votes to certify the numbers Monday. Let's hope so at least.
