Question: What are the odds of cap&trade passing?

I cannot visualize congress passing anything perceived as business unfriendly this session. (Perception is definitive.)

But I haven't really heard much discussion of it at all so I don't have many data points.

Are many political types talking about it (versus other aspects of the budget)?

What do people think about the prospects for passage?
